WIP Sparrow

So the modified version I was working on wasn't really going anywhere. kept on turning out not so great. So instead I went back and just stuck to the concept of the vehicle itself and it's going much more smoothly. Still a few things to add such as the seat, handles, and some various extra details and polish up but this is currently where it is right now.
